Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of HRC St George Fencing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our services.

Services Description

HRC St George Fencing provides fence installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties in St. George, UT, and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to wood fences, vinyl fences, chain-link fences, aluminum fences, pool fencing, and commercial fencing.

All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Quotes and Pricing

We provide free estimates for fence projects. All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, project scope modifications, or unforeseen site conditions.

Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Any changes to the project scope after work has started may result in additional charges, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and credit card payments.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services for non-payment.

Scheduling and Delays

We make every effort to complete projects on schedule. However, completion dates may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate any delays as soon as possible.

If you need to reschedule a planned service, please provide at least 48 hours notice when possible.

Property Access and Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring our crew has clear access to the work area. This includes removing obstacles, securing pets, and marking any underground utilities or irrigation lines. We will take reasonable care to protect your property, but we are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or hidden obstacles.

You are responsible for verifying property lines and obtaining any necessary permits or HOA approvals before work begins. We can assist with permit applications, but final approval is your responsibility.

Warranties

We stand behind our work with a warranty on workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear. To maintain warranty coverage, fences must be properly maintained according to manufacturer guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

HRC St George Fencing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for those services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
